LIARS, MISLEADING, AND THIEF'S ARE JUST A FEW CHOICE WORDS I HAVE FOR THESE PEOPLE. WE BOOKED OUR HONEYMOON AND DUE TO TRAVEL COMPLICATIONS THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY BACK AND CLAIM WE LOST 100% OF WHAT WE PAID WHICH OVER 6000.00. DOLLARS FOR. OH AND THE BEST PART... THERE'S THIS LITTLE THING CALLED VACATION INSURANCE, WHICH WE WERE NOT OFFERED!!!!!! THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THIS PROBLEM BUT BECAUSE THE SALESMAN WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT HIS COMMISSION AND NOT ABOUT OFFERING ME THIS INSURANCE ME AND MY NEW WIFE ARE STRAIT SCREWED OUR OF SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. AND THIS SO CALLED COMPANY WONT EVEN ALLOW US TO SELL OUR VACATION EVEN TO RE-COOP SOME OF OUR MONEY. JUST SCREWING THE CUSTOMER AND POCKETING THEIR CASH IS ALL THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED PEOPLE
I called Vacation Makers giddy with excitement and ready to book a cruise for some R&R, but my mood was quickly shot down when I reached the agents Kathy and Todd who both let me have it with their "i-hate-my-job-and-i-hate-you-too" attitudes. Everyone I have spoken to in that office lacks any kind of cheerful tone or courtesy or respect for the customer. The booking process was pretty painful too with a series of phone calls I had to make them to fix things like spelling our names correctly. My advice to the staff would be to realize that when people call your office we see you as the door between us and the experience of fun and precious relaxation time, so put a smile on your face, a cheery tone in your voice (even if your faking it), and show some courteousness towards us! Maybe the staff needs some vacation time themselves to check their attitudes.
