Front desk customer service and maid service was great. They have a very attentive staff. But the room smell like mildew and needs to be updated.
I just wanted to say to you and the rest of the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites staff that we had an excellent stay. The courtesy, service, and care that we received from everyone there was second to none.
Sorry it has taken me some time to get this review written, I was summonsed away on a business trip right after we arrived back in Dallas.

The NGIS are semi-renovated barracks. They are nice in that they are suites, a bedroom and living room. The A/C worked well, which is important Bathroom is small though. There was also a slight smell in our room, but the buildings are old and it is very humid. Also, the base is 30-45 minutes from downtown depending on traffic.
Great place clean, the only thing I didn't like the room service. But anything else was good is a beautiful place.
