Good wash. Prices average
I will NEVER use this place again.... 1st the car wash broke with me 1/2 way through.... I understand things happen... they tell me to come back and they will get me taken care of.... I paid for the $15 carwash and when I returned they would only give me the basic wash.... I proceed to tell them my car was still filthy and the rims were still awful, they refused to give me what I paid for... they guy comes with a rag to wipe of the dirt and still my car was filthy and it put a HUGE mark on my hood and they tell me sorry they are not responsible.... customer service and the carwash are awful! They completely stole my money in my opinion. And now my 2 week old vehicle is scratched to high heavens! Save yourself and vehicle and go across the bridge!
I went to establishment this morning and the service was poor. I was pretty much told my business wasn't needed. I went to get an oil changed and my SUV detailed, but mainly for the total car detail. Upon arrival, I walked into the building but no one was there to help at the front desk. It wasn't too busy so I figure someone would come out soon. I sat there for a while but still no help but I was understanding b/c it was a small locally owned business. I walked around the shop and notice a few guys cleaning the car wash equipment. So I went over to the oil service shop that had two cars being serviced to asked for help. There I encountered a young woman and told her I was here to get my car detailed and asked if anyone was able to help me today. She told me that the car wash was closed right now b/c they were cleaning the equipment. I said "Yes I notice but wanted to know how long the wait would be?" She stated she wasn't sure b/c it was being oiled. I asked her if she could estimate or was it closed all day. She didn't respond but didn't appear rude just unsure of the next steps. I then asked if it would be ok for me to go ask the guys cleaning the equipment b/c I didn't mind running a few errands and coming back but needed a time. She then said "Wait I can ask someone." She walked over to the guy who was completing the oil changes to ask him. (I believe he was the manager or owner and he was in ear shot of our conversation.) Anway, she said to him "This customer would like her car washed and would like an estimate on how long they will be done cleaning the equipment." He lifted up his head & looked slightly my way & responded by saying in a very dismissive way "They will be done when they are done." Well after that statement I politely repeated the statement back to him and said "So, the estimate is They will be done when they are done." He just starred and I said thank you, for helping make my decision today. I walked back to my car and I believe he said something else but my mind was made up to leave. (Seriously, I felt as if I was problem solving to help them provide services to me.) I went to another locally owned car detailing shop just a mile and half up. There are at least 50 car detailing shops in the metro area. I would prefer to spend my 300 bucks at a place that treats their customer with respect and not like they are bothersome. Perhaps if that had put a sign up saying they were closed until 12, 1 etc...due to equipment cleaning I would not have waited for someone to help me or wouldn't have asked for help to resolve the matter. However it appeared to be my fault that I wanted to spend money to get my car washed and detailed. Customers don't petition service, I believe it is the other way around. Unfortunately, some businesses have forgotten this.
Pennzoil Service Station. Great customer service. Showed up and was only customer at the time. Quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus, they offer AMSoil! Woot!
